When can you enjoy the offer

1. The promotional period for the offers is from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

What is the offer

2. a. During the promotional period, use your Eligible Credit Card to make bookings via Designated Website (http://www.agoda.com/hsbceverymile) in order to enjoy 15% off worldwide hotel bookings. You can enjoy 8% off after the monthly quota of 15% off is utilized. You should check if the monthly quota has been used up at Designated Website.
   
   b. Agoda may offer various exclusive flash offers for HSBC EveryMile Credit Card from time to time. Please refer to the details and additional terms applicable to these flash offers on Designated Website.

How can you enjoy the offer

3. You can enjoy the offer if you:
   1. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period and the offer fulfilment period; and
   2. make bookings via Designated Website
   3. are one of the travellers and the name used to book the hotel(s) is the same as shown on your Eligible Credit Card;
   4. pay with an Eligible Credit Card for any eligible transactions during the promotion period.

Read before you enjoy the offer

4. The hotel stay period is valid from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024.
5. The offers are applicable to selected pre-paid hotels with "HSBC EveryMile Excl. 15% discount" tags only. Pre-paid hotels accept online payment whereas non pre-paid hotels require you to provide Eligible Credit Card number for guaranteed booking only, and payment will only be made upon physical check out at the hotel. No discount will be provided for non pre-paid hotel booking.
6. If your booking is made directly through the Agoda website or Agoda app, no discount will be offered and no refund will be arranged. The offers are applicable to designated hotels/ room types/ destinations with "HSBC EveryMile Excl. 15% discount" tags only.
7. Any relevant payment using Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay or any mobile payment functions transactions made in Agoda Mobile App are not eligible to the Offers.
8. The offers are not applicable to taxes, service fee and charges.
9. You cannot exchange the offer for cash, other products, promotional offers, services and discounts.
10. The offers are subject to availability of the hotels and you need to present your valid Eligible Credit Card when you check-in at the hotels.
11. Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via the Designated Website or hotline and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotels. You may refer to the booking confirmation e-mail or contact the hotline of Agoda.
12. These terms and conditions and other terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card and the Participating Merchant will apply. We accept no liability in respect of the quality of the goods and services provided by the Participating Merchant. We and the Participating Merchant reserve the right to vary or cancel the offer, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
13. If we or the Participating Merchant believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, you will not be able to enjoy the offer.
14. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Participating Merchant and/or us shall be final and conclusive.
15. We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

16. "Eligible Credit Card" means HSBC EveryMile Credit Card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
17. "Participating Merchant" refers to Agoda.
18. "Designated Website" refers to http://www.agoda.com/hsbceverymile.
