Terms and Conditions of e-Coupons Redemption Offer via HSBC Reward+

When can you enjoy the offer

  1. The promotional period for the offer is from 4 May 2021 (10:00) to 24 May 2021 (23:59), based on Hong Kong time.

What is the offer

  1. You can use your RewardCash to redeem e-Coupons for HKTaxi Taxi Dollars via Reward+ at a discounted price during the promotional period. The offer is only applicable to redemption at e-Coupons via Reward+.
  2. You can redeem a maximum of 5 e-Coupons during the promotional period.

How can you enjoy the offer

  1. A minimum of $10 RewardCash is required for each e-Coupon redemption at the e-Coupons via Reward+. Every $1 RewardCash equals to HK$1 for e-Coupon redemption. You can redeem the e-Coupon using RewardCash in full or a combination of RewardCash and cash. The remaining balance must be paid by an Eligible Credit Card.
  2. During the promotional period, you can enjoy the offer if you:
    1. have downloaded Reward+ and have registered for HSBC Personal Internet Banking; and
    2. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing.

Read before you enjoy the offer

  1. You must successfully transfer the Taxi Dollars obtained from the e-Coupon to your HKTaxi account on or before 31 August, 2021 by entering the Taxi Dollars e-Coupon code to your HKTaxi account. The Taxi Dollars will be valid for 60 calendar days starting from the 1st of the next calendar month once it has been transferred. The e-Coupon will be treated as expired if you do not transfer the respective Taxi Dollars by 31 August, 2021.
  2. All e-Coupons are subject to availability or change without prior notice. We accept no liability for any changes to the offers and will not issue notifications separately of any such changes.
  3. e-Coupon redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the HSBC Credit Card RewardCash Programme.
  4. Once a redemption order has been accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. A confirmation email will be sent to your valid email address once a successful redemption is received on Reward+.
  5. Each e-Coupon can only be used once and cannot be split, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or services. Used and expired e-Coupons will be void and no longer available.
  6. These terms and conditions and other terms & conditions of the Participating Merchant will apply and may be subject to change. We and the Participating Merchant can change or cancel the offers in this promotion, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Please refer to Reward+ for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offers.
  7. Market prices are the prices observed on the market by the Participating Merchant. Prices, images and product/service descriptions are provided by the Participating Merchant and are for reference only. We are not the supplier of any product/service/offer provided and accept no liability for their quality. You may check with the Participating Merchant for details.
  8. If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer and we can debit your credit card to take back any offer you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.
  9. The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card and Reward+ will apply.
  10. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of us and the Participating Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
  11. We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

  1. 'Eligible Credit Card' means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary credit cards (excluding HSBC iCAN Card) or UnionPay Dual Currency personal primary credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only if you are redeeming with a combination of RewardCash and cash) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
  2. 'Reward+' means HSBC HK Reward+ mobile application.
  3. "Participating Merchant" means HKTaxi App Limited.
