RewardCash e-Shop Redemption Offer via HSBC Reward+ Terms and Conditions

When can you enjoy the offer

  1. The promotional period for the offer is from 1 September to 18 October 2020.

What is the offer

  1. You can use your RewardCash to redeem gifts and vouchers at discounted prices during the promotional period. The offer is only applicable to redemption at the RewardCash e-Shop via Reward+.

How can you enjoy the offer

  1. A minimum of $10 RewardCash is required to redeem each item at the RewardCash e-Shop. Every $1 RewardCash equals to HK$1 at the RewardCash e-Shop. You can redeem gifts or vouchers at the RewardCash e-Shop using RewardCash in full or a combination of RewardCash and cash. The remaining balance must be paid by an Eligible Credit Card.
  2. During the promotional period, you can enjoy the offer if you:
    1. have downloaded Reward+ and have registered for HSBC Personal Internet Banking; and
    2. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing.

  1. All gift items are subject to availability or change without prior notice. We accept no liability for any changes to the offers and will not issue notifications separately of any such changes.
  2. Gift redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the HSBC Credit Card RewardCash Programme. For details and the terms and conditions of the RewardCash Programme, including the terms and conditions of the RewardCash e-Shop, please visit Reward+.
  3. Once a redemption order has been accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. A confirmation email will be sent to your valid email address once a successful redemption is received on Reward+, and redemption letter(s)/voucher(s)/donation receipt collection will be sent to your correspondence address recorded at the moment of gift redemption within 4 to 6 weeks from the successful redemption.
  4. These terms and conditions and other terms and conditions of the participating merchants will apply and may be subject to change. We and the participating merchants can change or cancel the offers in this promotion, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Please refer to Reward+ for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offers.
  5. Market prices are the prices observed on the market by the respective merchants. Prices, images and product/service descriptions are provided by the respective merchants and are for reference only. We are not the supplier of any product/service/offer provided and accept no liability for their quality. You may check with the respective participating merchants for details.
  6. If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer and we can debit your credit card to take back any offer you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.
  7. The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card and Reward+ will apply.
  8. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
  9. We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

  1. 'Eligible Credit Card' means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary credit cards (excluding HSBC iCAN Card) or UnionPay Dual Currency personal primary credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only if you are redeeming with a combination of RewardCash and cash) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
  2. 'Reward+' means HSBC HK Reward+ mobile application.
