Asia Miles Redemption Offers via HSBC Reward+ Terms and Conditions

When can you enjoy the offers

1. The promotional period for the offers is from 1 September to 15 October 2020.

What are the offers

2. During the promotional period, you can enjoy the following offers:
   1. receive 20% bonus miles for RewardCash conversion to Asia Miles through Reward+ and receive up to a maximum of an extra 4,000 Asia Miles under this offer. Under normal circumstances, $1 RewardCash can be converted to 10 Asia Miles. With the 20% bonus miles, $1 RewardCash can be converted to 12 Asia Miles; and
   2. receive an extra 500 new joiner bonus miles if you enrol as a new Asia Miles member through the designated Asia Miles member enrolment form (https://www.asiamiles.com/en/sef.html/hsbchk_202009); and make one RewardCash conversion to Asia Miles with your Asia Miles^TM membership number. Each new Asia Miles member will be entitled to new joiner bonus miles once only.

How can you enjoy the offers

3. During the promotional period, you can enjoy the offers if you:
   1. have downloaded Reward+ and have registered for HSBC Personal Internet Banking; and
   2. are a member of the Asia Miles; and
   3. have added your Asia Miles account onto Reward+; and
   4. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing.
4. A minimum of $40 RewardCash is required for each conversion. If you combine the RewardCash from your primary and additional cards, you may transfer the RewardCash only to the primary cardholder's Asia Miles account.

5. The bonus miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account instantly. You have to log in to your Asia Miles account to view your miles balance. You have to notify Asia Miles Limited if you do not receive the bonus miles by 30 November 2020.
6. The new joiner bonus miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account by 15 December 2020. You have to log in to your Asia Miles account to view your miles balance. You have to notify Asia Miles Limited if you do not receive the new joiner bonus miles by 31 December 2020.
7. You cannot exchange the offers for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offers.
8. Once the RewardCash is converted to miles, they will be subject to the terms and conditions of Asia Miles and conversions cannot be reversed.
9. All Asia Miles products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied by Asia Miles Limited who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. We accept no liability in respect of the quality of goods and services provided by Asia Miles Limited or any additional offers/discounts which Asia Miles Limited may or may not offer.
10. The offers are subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by Asia Miles and they may be subject to change. We and Asia Miles can change or cancel the offers or amend the terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant website or Reward+ for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offers.
11. If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offers and we can debit your credit card to take back any offers you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.
12. The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card, RewardCash Programme, Reward+ and Reward+ Redeem Miles will apply.
13. In case of disputes arising out of the promotion, the decision of Asia Miles and us shall be final and conclusive.
14. We write the terms and conditions of the offers under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

15. 'Eligible Credit Card' means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary credit cards (excluding HSBC iCAN Card) or UnionPay Dual Currency personal primary credit cards issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
16. 'Reward+' means HSBC HK Reward+ mobile application.
