Tell us your redemption details
Enter the amount of the RewardCash to be converted and tap "Next". (HSBC Reward+ will automatically use the RewardCash that will expire first).
Redemption completed!
After validation, your request to convert RewardCash to miles is received, and you will receive confirmation SMS and email.
Converted Asia Miles will be instantly added to your connected Asia Miles account.
For British Airways Executive Club Avios and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles, the redemption request will be completed within 2 weeks.
