Yes. You can convert MoneyBack Points to RewardCash on MoneyBack App. You can view details of such conversion history via the 'Earned' tab under 'From other loyalty schemes' on RewardCash Summary page on HSBC Reward+.

Yes. To successfully connect your HSBC Reward+ with a Third Party Loyalty Programme account, please ensure that your Third Party Loyalty Programme account is still valid and your mobile phone number registered on the Third Party Loyalty Programme account is the same as our record.

If you have already connected your Third Party Loyalty Programme account and you are asked to update your Loyalty Programme account, it may be that:

• your Third Party Loyalty Programme account has become invalid; or
• an update has been made to the mobile phone number you maintain with HSBC and/or the Third Party Loyalty Programme, which results in a mismatch between the two records.

Please ensure that your Third Party Loyalty Programme account is still valid and you have aligned your mobile phone number on BOTH HSBC's record and the Loyalty Programme account profile. Then, connect your Third Party Loyalty Programme account with HSBC Reward+ again.

If your personal details maintained on our Bank record has become outdated, you may update them through HSBC Personal Internet Banking, or alternatively you may call HSBC Customer Hotlines.

You can disconnect your Third Party Loyalty Programme account anytime on 'Account' > 'Settings' > 'Convert RC'.
