1. Valid from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, both days inclusive.
2. This treatment can only be redeemed at the designated Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Clinics. Please contact the designated clinic for appointment.
3. Customers must present their identification document on the appointment day for verification.
4. For purchase on QHMS e-Shop only: Customers must present their order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification. 
5. The TCM treatments must be completed within 3 OR 6 months from date of purchase and includes one consultation by Chinese Medicine Practitioners, please refer to the product page for more details.
6. The above treatments must be completed at the selected clinic. 
7. Full payment must be settled by eligible HSBC credit cards.
8. The code ‘first 6-digit of your HSBC Credit Card+HSBC2026’ must be entered before check-out to enjoy the QHMS eShop offers.
9. The above treatment does not include dispensing of Chinese herbal medicines which will be charged separately, except Traditional Chinese Medicine Package (Consultation with 5 days Chinese medicinal granule) and Traditional Chinese Medicine Package - 3 sessions (Consultation with 3 days basic TCM formula granules).
10. Traditional Chinese Medicine Package (Consultation with 5 days Chinese medicinal granule): Dispensing will be provided in TCM formula granules. Additional charges will apply for special Chinese medicines.
11. TCM Uterus Warming Treatment: A consultation before TCM Uterus Warming Treatment commences would be carried out by Registered Chinese medicine practitioner to exclude any contraindication of the treatment.
12. TCM Acupoint Application for Pain Treatment: A consultation before Acupoint Application for Pain Treatment commences would be carried out by Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner to exclude any contraindication of the treatment. 
13. Dispensing will be provided in TCM formula granules. If customer requires Chinese herbal soup pack, brewing service will be provided at HK$66 up per pack (Only TCM formula granules will be provided in designated clinics, please contact the duty staff for details).

16. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges, corporate privilege prices, or QHMS family card and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 
17. No amendment or refund to the plan ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. All services cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent of Quality HealthCare Medical Service Limited. 
18. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Service Limited shall be final. 
19. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Remarks, the English version shall apply and prevail.
